The demonstration institutions for intellectual property analysis and evaluation services were selected according to the Notice of the Office of China National Intellectual Property Administration on Conducting the Cultivation of Intellectual Property Analysis and Evaluation Demonstration Institutions in 2018 (Guo Zhi Ban Han Xie Zi [2018] No.227), and through independent declaration by institutions and recommendation by intellectual property offices of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities with separate plans, relevant ministries and commissions and member units of the National Intellectual Property Analysis and Evaluation Alliance, and preliminary review and quantitative evaluation by third-party organizations, and comprehensive evaluation by expert review meeting and publicity. This time, a total of 18 demonstration institutions of intellectual property analysis and evaluation services from across the country and 30 demonstration establishment institutions of the fifth batch of intellectual property analysis and evaluation services were selected.
