Over the years, Globe-Law has undertaken a large number of influential cases with its rich experience and strong strength in the intellectual property field, and several classic cases have been selected as “Top Ten Cases by the Supreme People’s Court” and “50 Classic Cases of Intellectual Property in China by the Supreme People’s Court”. This selection in the Directory of Local Institutions with Strong International Intellectual Property Service Capabilities in Beijing is another affirmation of the professional ability of Globe-Law.

Since its establishment, Globe-Law has set up the Intellectual Property Department, which consists of the Patent Department, the Trademark Department, the Copyright Department, the IP Litigation Department, the Project Department, the International Intellectual Property Department and the Technology Transfer Department, each of which has independent division of labor and cooperates with each other closely. The China Intellectual Property Index Report, which has been published for 11 consecutive years since 2009, is an important legal document collected and published to the world by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) every year.
