In March 2022, Globe-Law Law Firm (“Globe-Law”) officially became a member of Beijing Trademark Association (BJTA) and won the membership card.
Globe-Law is one of the earliest law firms engaged in intellectual property business in China. After more than 20 years of perfect growth, the intellectual property business has now developed into the most influential business of Globe-Law. The intellectual property cases handled by many lawyers of Globe-Law are classic, and have been selected as “Top Ten Cases by the Supreme People’s Court” and “50 Classic Cases of Intellectual Property in China by the Supreme People’s Court” for many times.
As a member unit, Globe-Law will comply with the articles of association of BJTA, implement the resolutions of BJTA, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of BJTA, actively participate in the activities of BJTA, and play more roles in the fields of intellectual property protection and trademark rights protection by relying on BJTA, so as to make its due contribution to strengthening the development of trademark brands in Beijing and promoting national intellectual property protection.
